Milwaukee M12 Buying Checklist: 6 Steps We Use Before Approving Any Tool Order

I manage buying for an 18-person industrial maintenance company. Our tool budget runs around $24,000 a year, and I've tracked every purchase order in a spreadsheet since 2021.
